Good to see that our licence money, (not that I pay any, but hey ho), does not go to waste... This week a local London council, erm sorry GREEK council, has given a green parrot a £320 parking ticket. The parrot, which is currently enjoying the sun outside of his owenrs shop, is said to be sick of the traffic wardens pestering him and disturbing his sleep. Seriously, you could just see this happening in London. I can just imagine this on Ken's next manifesto.... {mos_fb_discuss:18}
