Be aware that these rules may be subject to change - but only with your prior notification and consent to such changes. If you donate Items belonging to another or Items infringing these rules in anyway TextualEcstasy will not be held responsible for the consequences.

1.  Items submitted to TextualEcstasy must be original and entirely your own work.
2.  Items should be longer than 200 words, excepting poetry, and items in individual merit.
3.  An item entirely of Txt Spk Will Be Deleted no matter how long or 'meaningful' it is.
    Items in ALL CAPS will be deleted, however titles in ALL CAPS will be altered, unless the use of ALL CAPS is intrinsic to the style of the piece. This is to prevent people trying to get more clicks, hits, ratings and comments by SHOUTING which according to common internet "nettiquette" is simple bad manners.
4.  Items must not infringe upon limits to freedom of expression as defined in UK Law.

5.  Submissions are currently accepted on the understanding of shared copyrights:

Shared Copyrights - What you MUST know:

1. Whilst your work is in the TextualEcstasy system you share ownership of the copyright for it with TextualEcstasy.
2. TextualEcstasy will NEVER sell your piece without your consent and written approval and attribution.
3. TextualEcstasy needs to know if your donated piece is locatable anywhere else online or in print - as this affects the 'first publishing' rights we seek to be donated, and can also leave us liable to prosecution under current copyright law.
4. TextualEcstasy will respond to your written request for terminating this CONTRACT within three working days by removing your works and sending them back to you with written confirmation of the contracts expiry by election.
5. Copyright is on a 'per item' and not 'per person' basis. We believe in Freedom for writers and individualistic communities.

With that all said - whatever you do decide to submit to us, will be published as long as it doesnt infringe the rules. Your use of this service to publish items is contingent on your accepting of these contractual conditions and rules. Also that you understand TextualEcstasy as a charitable non-profit corporation does not warrant that all submitted items can or will be sold or published on this site - but that we will try our damdest.
