Patches of brown and green colours, plus olive trees…

The Sun shines on you, reflecting cheerfully.

It is my homeland,looking dry but yet full of juice,

with your rich grapes, you are so ripe!

And my heart beats with joy as I approach home.

The air, its smell, the heat, its warmth,passion is born.

The sky is blue even when grey!

I glow in content.

And as I land in your welcoming arms,

I take in air and feel relieved to see you again…my dear
